I do know a few things about massage, having studied it. This is truly a well thought out device, it works well on the back too if you sit in a soft back office style chair. Stays in place well. Also the infrared heat light is reasonably good. From my experience and having a few massage units like massage guns etc. This is by far the best unit i own and the cheapest. Quality seller ships quickly.
