The payment methods accepted on this website are displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment options made available on the checkout page.
By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment must be successfully authorized and received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
If a payment is declined, refused, reversed, or not successfully authorized, your order will not be processed or shipped until valid payment is received.
DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES
Orders delivered to Canada may be subject to applicable duties, import taxes, GST/HST, provincial taxes, courier handling fees, or other charges depending on the destination, product classification, order value, and applicable customs rules.
Where available, applicable duties and taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be payable upon delivery or before delivery by the customer.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, product prices do not necessarily include duties, import taxes, or customs-related charges.
We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues caused by customs processing, unpaid import charges, inaccurate shipping information, or a customer’s refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including if fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious behavior is suspected.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, and the order has not yet been shipped, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
Estimated delivery is generally 8–10 days after processing, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email when available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned, delayed, lost, refused, or marked as undeliverable due to incorrect customer information or unpaid customs-related charges, please contact us at support@relivio-massage.com so we can review the situation.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
We stand behind Relivio completely. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Approved requests are eligible for a full refund, with no return required.
To request help, email us at support@relivio-massage.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
To help us review your request, we may ask for photos, videos, or additional details depending on the situation.
We respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment method.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you contact us within 30 days of delivery, we may offer either a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
No restocking fee applies to approved refunds or replacements.
Items showing clear signs of customer-caused damage, misuse, liquid damage, intentional modification, or abusive refund behavior may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
We also reserve the right to deny requests in cases of fraud, suspicious activity, repeated abusive refund behavior, or incomplete supporting information when such information is reasonably required to review the claim.
All requests are reviewed individually in order to provide a fair resolution for both the customer and Relivio.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, except as required by applicable law.
Our products are intended for general wellness and everyday comfort purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or professional care.
If you have a medical condition, injury, recent surgery, chronic pain, implanted medical device, circulation issue, pregnancy-related concern, or any other health-related concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
CONSUMER RIGHTS AND MANDATORY LEGAL GUARANTEES
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or overrides any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Where required by applicable law, products may also benefit from non-excludable legal guarantees, including any mandatory warranty rights relating to conformity, hidden defects, reasonable durability, acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, or similar statutory protections.
Our commercial 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace, any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
DISPUTES AND CONSUMER MEDIATION
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@relivio-massage.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
If your complaint is not resolved, and where applicable, you may have the right to use a consumer mediation service or another dispute resolution process available under applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the seller’s place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply under applicable law in the customer’s place of residence.
