We stand behind Relivio completely. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Approved requests are eligible for a full refund, with no return required.

How to Request Help

Email us at support@relivio-massage.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. To help us review your request, we may ask for photos, videos, or additional details depending on the situation.

We respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. No return is required for approved refund requests.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Not Eligible

Items showing clear signs of customer-caused damage, misuse, liquid damage, intentional modification, or abusive refund behavior may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We also reserve the right to deny requests in cases of fraud, suspicious activity, or incomplete supporting information when such information is reasonably required to review the claim.

Additional Notes

No restocking fee applies to approved refunds or replacements.

All requests are reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution for both the customer and Relivio.
